Friday (Auditorium)
1:30 - Opening Ceremonies ¬– Roundcon Expo’s first ever opening ceremonies. Come and find out what to expect this year and how we almost named this ‘The Con That Almost Wasn’t”
2PM - How to Create Your Own Web Series - Filmmaker, and web-series creator John Dondero of 13th Floor EFX hosts this fully interactive discussion and “how to” workshop on the ins and outs of creating your very own web-series. A must see for aspiring filmmakers, vloggers, Internet addicts, and anyone who just enjoys a fun discussion.
3PM - Dating For Geeks – A discussion of websites, options, opportunities, things to avoid, funny stories, and common etiquettes. (With Joey Paquette, Sean of Asgard, and Leia Cain)
4PM - Otaku Ponies play Yugioh: The Gathering is Kaijudo - Have you ever wanted to combine 3 different games together, just because you were bored? Me too, which is why this game now exists. It's a simple combination of Yugioh, Magic: The Gathering, and the new TCG, Kaijudo. This can be up to 8 players, and even involves the My Little Pony cards (the best part)
The basis of the game is using the mechanic of Kaijudo's "Shields," Magic: The Gatherings "Land" cards, and Yugioh's "Monster cards" and their attack points, AND taking silly Anime references, and using them in certain parts of the game to intensify gameplay.
5PM - 50 Years of Doctor Who - This panel will look back at fifty years of the world's longest running science fiction show. I will briefly cover the highlights of each doctor's run using video clips. I will also discuss and play trailers from some of the best Big Finish audio dramas. I may also ask a few Doctor Who trivia questions and give out prizes at the end of the panel. (With Brandon Trezevant)
6PM - Lights, Camera … Acting 101 - Learn from the people who do it every day, inside tips on how to get started in a career in acting and how to be great doing it! Everything from building the confidence to nailing an audition, not only learn all that stuff but also sign up for a role for 13th Floor EFX next feature film!
7PM - Costume Construction - An introductory class on a variety of costume media/techniques from very basic to more advanced with discussion and Q&A. (With John Woodard)
8PM - Cosplay Body Image - This will be a panel discussing cosplaying no matter your race, ethnicity, gender or size. We will discuss what is considered the 'ideal' body image, as well as how to deal with bullies in the cosplay world. And we will be discussing and sharing tips and tricks on how to cosplay no matter your height or size. (With Jessica Johnson and Lili Keith)
9PM - Geek Improv - Time to get involved and have some fun for prizes cause that is the best kind of fun to have! Go head to head with your fellow Con goers in a improv competition voted on by the audience. We choose the game they choose the winner. At the end of it all there will be prizes from “most into it” to the grand prize a full bundle from 13th Floor EFX including T-shirts and DVDs!
10PM – Fashion Show Practice – The room will shut down for the models to practice. We ask the attendees find something to do for 30 minutes, visiting the game room or film room would be ideal!
10:30PM – Kaoss Walker Live Performance - Kaoss Walker- A brony guitarist performing live music, and selling his 2 albums. Come and support your local and indie brony musician.
11PM – Pantless Panel - The one, the only, the pantsless panel, where not only do we discuss the pros and cons of pants wearing, we do it all while not wearing pants. Join us in a pants optional panel where anything goes except accepting that pants are needed to have an awesome panel.
Midnight – Karokee – RoundCon Expo’s First Ever Karokee event!
Saturday (Auditorium)
9AM – Flea Market – Need money? Need to clean out your room? Come sell your unwanted anime and gaming merchandise and video game stuff! Space is limited and is first come first served.
11PM – Cosplay on a Budget - Grab some tape and magic markers, and be a villain, or a bathing suit and some tights to be the hero. Either way we are gonna show you how to do it all on a budget and still making a spiffy cosplay that will make you stand out in a great way! (with 13th Florr EFX Crew)
12PM – Jeopardy: Geek Edition - So you think you’re a true geek, huh? Do you have a vast array of knowledge of the many facets of geekery? Then you’re a perfect candidate for Jeopardy: Geek Edition!
1PM – Dr Who Q&A - The Doctor Who Panel is everything about Doctor Who, from its conception to the Doctors and companions to the monsters involved in the show. (With McKenna Delaney, Joey Paquette, and appearance by Sean of Asgard)
2PM – Fashion Show –
3PM –Construction Paper Costume Contest - The idea is simple. Make a recognizable costume from the supplies provided (see below). Each team will have one hour to complete a costume which will then be shown off at the costume contest. The audience will chose their favorite, followed by the judges picking their own.
4PM – Ask A Nation - This is just a fun panel where you can ask a nation, from the anime, Hetalia anything you would like keeping strictly under at least PG though. (With Lindsey Elam)
5PM – Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse - Join our team of certified Zombie Experts in a semi-serious open discussion as they discuss how to prepare, and more importantly, how to stay alive when the dead have taken over the world! (With Dave Harlequin, John Dondero, Wallace Krebs and T.S. Harris)
6PM – Bronies Assemble - Bronies Assemble as we go over the history of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and all previous generations afterwards we will have Q&A and to finish off the panel a trivia involving prizes. (with Holly Woods)
7PM – Cosplay Contest - Do you have a costume that you want to show off? Genres that are acceptable - anime, comics, manga, television, movies, video games and literary characters!
8PM – Costume Masquerade Ball – RoundCon Expo is proud to announce it will host its first ever Masquerade ball. The theme will be "fairy tales". Participants will need to be dressed in a mask and either a costume or formal attire. Formal attire is defined as dressy cloths (no jeans with holes please), dress shirt, or skirt. At the end of the dance, there will be an unmasking.
10PM – This One Time at the Con – You've probably heard them... those crazy and often hilarious stories about those wild, wacky, and even sometimes very naughty things that can happen after-hours at a con. Maybe it was that one room party that got really crazy, maybe it was the morning after, maybe it's something else entirely... whatever it is, whether unforgettable or (shall we say) a bit hazy- this is the place to hear the wildest stories cons have to offer! (With Dave Harlequin (host), Shane Trotter, John Dondero and Sean of Asgard)
11PM – Energon Dance (Rave) - In the blackness of night only the light of Energon, also known as glow sticks to the humans, will fuel the feverish dancing that will be done! Come and enjoy some rave-tastic tunes designed to make the most of our newly acquired lighting set up.
Midnight – Repo the Genetic Opera – The one and only Repo the Genetic Opera!
Sunday (Auditorium)
8AM – Morning Worship – Join us in Sunday Morning Church services provided by the Fans for Christ.
9AM – The Panel about Absolutely Nothing - Nope shut up this panel isn’t about anything, don’t go to it. It’s nothing really… I mean it don’t go to it. It’s a trap for real… there are more awesome panels going on right now that are way better than this panel. I mean it’s probable just John Dondero eating a sandwich or talking about absolutely nothing, either way you have been warned don’t go to this panel! (With John Dondero and Sean of Asgard)
10AM – Sailor Moon Eternal - The future of Sailor Moon is here! Discuss the new show, watch some horrible old videos, and laugh it up with fellow fans. (With Morgan Sky)
11AM – Team Rocket’s Glory - Attention, guest of RoundCon Expo , you have been lied to. Team Rocket is nothing like they portray us to be. Come learn the truth, of Team Rocket’s Glory. (With Logan)
12PM – Bad Guy Brain Works Panel - Are you a bad guy? Wish to talk trash about all the goodie good doers who puts us down? Then come meet fellow bad-guys and escape from the watchful eyes of the good guys, that is until the panel ends! (with Anna Schaldenbrand)
1PM – Some Like it Plush - Join jellykoe, the creators of WonkyDolls, for a panel discussing the design and creation of plush toys. We will share tips and how-to's, in addition to a Q&A session.
2PM – Closing Ceremonies – RoundCon Expo comes to an end. Come and hear the stories from the convention staff, share some of your own and find out news about next year.
4PM – RoundCon Film Awards – Presented by Stiff Magazine!
