R.I.P. to the sales companies still trying to handcuff their people. 🪦
I’m hearing from experienced earners who are looking for another place to build. And it’s not just one company. People are quietly asking questions because what used to work for them isn’t working the same way now.
Here’s one of those questions: Why are companies still telling people they can only represent ONE brand?
People are building audiences. They’re sharing products they actually use and love. They want multiple income streams and the freedom to decide what they share. You can’t tell people to diversify their income and then control where they’re allowed to earn. Make that make sense. 🤷♀️
I believe there’s room for all kinds of people in a business:
✨ Some love selling products and have no desire to build or lead a team.
✨ Some enjoy the products and share a link when a friend asks.
✨ Some, like me, LOVE building a team, helping others grow, and working toward residual income.
Every one of those people has a place. You don’t need to force everybody into the same lane.
I’ve been in this industry a long time, and I’m glad I found a place where I can build the way I want to build. I love my LiveGood business, I love the products, and I’m building my second Diamond position with my blinders on. 💎
If you’re looking at a new opportunity, ask the questions before you jump in:
1️⃣ Can I share other brands and build multiple income streams?
2️⃣ Does that freedom still apply if I become a leader?
3️⃣ Can I share everything on the same social media pages?
4️⃣ Can I earn by sharing products without building a team?
5️⃣ If I DO want to build a team, what support is there to help us grow?
6️⃣ Do I have to buy products every month to qualify for my commissions?
7️⃣ Do I have to balance confusing binary legs to get paid?
Those last two matter to me. I want to buy products because I love them, and I want to focus on helping people grow—not juggling two legs every week.
The way people shop, share, and build businesses has changed. Companies need to grow with their people.
I know where I’m going. Blinders on. Let’s grow! 🚀
