I have a feeling that I will feel the need to explain that I take what I do seriously but don't take myself seriously. Or at least I'm working on the last part. Consistent workouts are hard for me right now. Trying to add too many diet changes too quickly is occupying too much of my brain. "Keep It Simple - Keep it Relentless"
