🎬 This year, Angénieux paid tribute to Japanese director of photography Akiko Ashizawa JSC, honoring her distinguished career, her mastery of natural light, and her atmospheric visual language.

🎞️ The evening also recognized rising Vietnamese talent Nguyễn Phan Linh Đan, recipient of the Angenieux Special Encouragement, reflecting Angénieux’s continued commitment to supporting the next generation of cinematographers.

🌟 The Pierre Angénieux Tribute is getting closer! As an official partner of the Festival de Cannes, Angénieux is proud to honor, for the 13th time, the remarkable directors of photography whose images have shaped the language of cinema.

🎥 This year’s laureate, Akiko Ashizawa JSC, will receive an engraved Optimo Ultra Compact 37-102 mm in its Full Pack version, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the art of cinematography.
