MAJOR FILM & TELEVISION INDUSTRY LAUNCH EVENT NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!!
THE GEORGIA ENTERTAINMENT SUMMIT & CINEMA PARK STUDIOS LAUNCH!

(Volunteer positions are available on a first-come, first served basis)

We are seeking Production Assistants and Volunteers to intern at the launch event for Cinema Park Atl Studios and the Georgia Entertainment Summit this weekend, Saturday (Dec 2) & Sunday (Dec 3). Cinema Park Studios is a 20,000 sq. ft. production services complex geared towards developing content and creators in the state of Georgia.
We are looking to fill volunteer slots for both days as follows:

Sunday, December 3
Time: 10:00am - 4:30pm.

LOCATION:
Cinema Park Studios
135 Walton Street
Atlanta, Georgia 30303

Event Responsibilities include:
- Greeting
- Ushering
- Serving Food & Drinks
- Distributing Information
- Handing out programs
- Working with Cinema Park Team to handle sign ups

This event will be an excellent networking opportunity with key people in Georgia's booming film & TV industry.If you are interested in attending the event Tickets range from $49 to $249.

Eagle Rock Studios, in partnership with the Atlanta Veterans Association, participates in and promotes training for Georgians seeking careers in Film and Television.

Eagle Rock Studios Vice President of Operations, Beth Talbert, Donna Evans, Executive Director of the Atlanta Veterans Association and Terrell Sandefur, Production Training Liaison proudly pose with Navy veteran Kent Roland, a member of VGIFT (Veterans of Georgia In Film & TV) and Anita Williams, graduate of the Georgia Entertainment Institute's PACT (Production Assistant Certification Training) have both completed successful internships as Stage Technicians which resulted in immediate offers of employment.

Mr. Roland, was hired by Eagle Rock Studios Atlanta, the largest film & television studio in the US as stage technician only a few weeks into his month long internship then subsequently offered a position with "Dynasty", the TV series under production at the studio. Kent displays a beaming smile when telling of his time spent with Kevin Hart who was filming a commercial to promote his current project, the Will Packer movie "Night School" being filmed on location in Atlanta.

Beth Talbert commands the post of anticipating the needs of major movies and television shows in production at the massive studio which spans more than 400,00 sf, and structuring them with coordinated efforts to support local veterans and residents wishing to engage in continuing educational programs and careers at Eagle Rock Studios Atlanta.

Terrell Sandedur, an expert film festival consultant currently residing over the Rome International Film Festival as Director of Development, brokers relationships with major and independent studios and production companies to afford VGIFT & GEI students the appropriate internships according to their levels of training and development.

Donna A Evans, CEO of the Atlanta Veterans Association helped establish GEI in response to residents seeking to gain entry into courses originally launched for the veterans nonprofit organization. Ms. Evans initiates and coordinated the implementation of training programs throughout the state to provide opportunities for those who aspire to achieve their goals of working in Georgia's booming entertainment industry.

Trainees who have completed programs have worked on movies and tv series such as "Mine 9", "MacGyver", "The Resident", "The Walking Dead", and "I, Tonya", "The Originals", and "Dynasty", which shares a production home along with the NetFlix original "Ozark and Oprah Winfrey's OWN production "Greenleaf" at Eagle Rock Studios.
