Julian Farris Films has produced a series of Emmy nominated documentaries in Association with WFMZ TV's Documentary Unit including: "The Rhoads Opera House Fire: The Legacy of a Tragedy," "Aftershocks: Earthquake in Haiti" and "TimeBomb: Allentown Gas Explosion." JFF/WFMZ Documentary Unit has also produced Associated Press and Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters First Place Winner "$elling

LVIA." In the short film arena, JFF has produced "Lighthouse Lady"(2013) and "Mayo Girl"(2014)...with several more shorts in the works. JFF just completed "Boscov: An American Story" (2014) "Letters to Frieda" and "Kids Who Kill: The Evolution of the Juvenile Justice System: (2015)

JFF and WFMZ's Documentary Unit have several exciting documentaries in production...details to come.

Special Screening of The Happiness Experiment.

Julian Farris Films is a Pennsylvania based film company that focuses on excellence in storytelling. This documentary features the heartbreaking story of a father’s journey to save lives after the tragic death of his son, one sign at a time. Shot in St. Petersburg Florida, our storytellers wrote and edited the film in the Lehigh Valley. This special screening is geared at making sure our neighbors in Pennsylvania and around the globe hear experience King’s life-saving message.

We are excited to share that the Happiness Experiment Film will be screening LOCALLY in Florida at the Dunedin International Film Festival! We are a nomimee. The festival is January 22-25, 2026.
