Job Description: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:
As Marketing Head, you'll be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's products/services, drive brand awareness, and increase market share. As head of marketing the applicant is expected to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

It is important that the candidate provides basic knowledge and the willingness to learn about products and technologies in audio/video/broadcast/production.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand product, market trends, usage to be able to create marketing and communication strategies.
2. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
3. Analyze consumer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
4. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
5. Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral as well as organised marketing events.
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of events and campaigns.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Accounting Graduate
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, and accounting standards
• Ability to prepare and present financial statement
• Familiarity in preparing annual audit and management reports
• Able to handle govt. reportorial requirments including BIR tax issues
• Skilled in using database and accounting software
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, and work under deadlines
• With at least 1 year experience in General, Tax and Cost Accounting
• Computer literate, specifically in accounting related software
• Highly analytical, system oriented hardworking, and can work under minimum supervision
