"It was a dream... we live inside a dream."
―Phillip Jeffries

Special Agent Phillip Jeffries (played by David Bowie) - was born in Virginia to an old aristocratic family.

Jeffries went through FBI training with Gordon Cole at Quantico, where the two graduated as the top agents in 1968.

By all accounts, Jeffries was a phenomenally gifted law enforcement officer; Cole once wrote, admiringly, that "This world wasn't enough for him."

Following the official closure of Project Blue Book, Jeffries was assigned to head the Blue Rose task force, per Cole's suggestion.

The task force got its name following a 1975 case in Olympia, Washington, which Cole and Jeffries were lead investigators. The suspect was Lois Duffy. The victim was Lois Duffy.

Get ready to be completely bewildered by the incomprehensible enigma of Phillip Jeffries and join us at the special screening of:

"Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me" on 25th Feb 2026 at the Roxy Cinema Wellington NZ.

“I requested no creamed corn! Do you see creamed corn on that plate?”
―Mrs. Tremond

"This would look nice on your wall"
―Mrs. Chalfont

Mrs. Chalfont (played by Frances Bay) - along with her grandson "Pierre", were residents of the "Fat trout trailer park" in Deer Meadow during 1988. Their trailer was located directly opposite that of Teresa Banks trailer.

A year later and seemingly under the name of Mrs. Tremond, they resided in an apartment in low town Twin Peaks where they were recipients of the Double R Diners "Meals on Wheels" program.

Living next door to the reclusive Harold Smith they advised Donna Hayward to speak with him. Several days later Donna returned to the apartment but found a completely different woman yet also called “Mrs Tremond”, but there was no trace of the elderly woman or the little boy.

Get even more confused by the inexplicable Mrs. Chalfont, Mrs Tremond and her or their mysterious grandson Pierre and join us at the special screening of "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me" on 25th Feb 2026 at the Roxy Cinema Wellington NZ.

"FWWM wasn't well received by most of the Twin Peaks fans because it didn't have the same humor or light heartedness as the series. And I can understand that, but it was Laura Palmer's life and that wasn't a pleasant life..
.The film is my cherry pie present to the fans of the show – however, one that's wrapped in barbed wire"

―David Lynch on FWWM

"Diane, as Gordon thought, everything about this has the feel of a serial killing. The question is, is this the beginning of something, or the end?"

―Dale Cooper

Teresa Banks (played by Pamela Gidley) – her roots go all the way back to the Pilot episode with Cooper’s speech at the Town Hall. Her parents died in a car accident when she was 12, resulting in her becoming a ward of the state. At 15 she ran away from a state facility and by age 17 arrived in Deer Meadow; “a drifter, with no known family or next of kin”.

Her story is shrouded in the shadows that lie beneath the surface of the Pacific Northwestern small town. After working the night shift at "Haps Diner", her last known place of residence was the "Fat trout trailer park".

Dive deeper into the mystery surrounding Teresa Banks and join us at the special screening of:

"Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me" on 25th Feb 2026 at the Roxy Cinema Wellington NZ.
