I just finished watching Trending Lies by Biodun Stephen, and one lesson refused to leave my mind...

People who live in glass houses should be careful about throwing stones.

Sometimes, we're so busy exposing, judging, and accusing others that we forget we also have secrets we'd rather never see the light of day.

This movie reminded me of another saying: let sleeping dogs lie. Some battles don't need to be fought, and some accusations don't need to be made without evidence. When you dig too hard to expose someone else, don't be surprised if the truth you uncover changes your own life forever.

That's all I'll say because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. 🤐

Biodun Stephen has once again delivered a movie that isn't just entertaining it leaves you thinking long after the credits roll.

One of the reasons I pay attention whenever Biodun Stephen drops a new movie is because she has built a reputation for telling meaningful, relatable stories.

Her latest YouTube release, Trending Lies, has caught my attention, and it's already on my watchlist. From the title, the cast, and knowing Biodun Stephen's style of storytelling, I'm expecting another movie that will leave us with plenty to talk about.

I haven't seen it yet, so no spoilers please! 😄
