(2) Real Estate Apps
Korean people, especially the younger generation, find their house via some real estate app such as “Zigbang” which allows you a 3d virtual home tour and connects you to the landlords.
Other than that, here are a few more apps that Korean people use.
1. Dabang
Korea's first real estate platform. You can search for various properties such as one-room, two-room, and officetel. You can add favorites to the map and get recommendations for listings. You can also find information such as sales(lotting out) and subscription guides.
2. Naver Real Estate
Among the many services provided by Naver, the most famous portal site in Korea, there is a real estate service, which is an app that Koreans trust and use a lot.
You can receive the information you want by using the property notification function, and you can find out about nearby schools, marts, hospitals, and school districts.
3. Hogaeng nono
“Hogang” means a gullible customer. It means “don't be a Hogang anymore” by using this app. The actual transaction price and charter price of apartments are updated every hour and can be easily checked through a graph. Resident reviews are also provided. Real-time popular apartments and sale information are displayed on the map, and information such as 3D sunlight, school district, convenience facilities, and commercial districts can be easily identified.
Unfortunately, many apps in Korea doesn’t support foreign languages yet, but you can still check out their website to learn more:
