The Out & Loud Pune International Queer Film Festival, powered by MIST, is an annual event showcasing handpicked queer films from the world over. What’s more!?

The festival promises an amazing line-up of performances and thought provoking panel discussions. Besides coming together for the love of art and cinema, the festival will also be an open platform for the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer) to voice their concerns in a social-friendly environment. The very first event takes place in April 2017 and has been continuously conducted every year, in Pune, Maharashtra; and is open to all type of audiences.

🌟 Out & Loud Employee 2025 – Suraj Raut (He/Him) 🌈

Suraj’s journey with Mist LGBTQ Foundation began when he was a student who had just moved to Pune. While working in other companies to support himself, he consistently made time to volunteer with Mist drawn by the purpose, the people, and the powerful work being done for the community.

What started as a volunteering role soon turned into a deep, heartfelt commitment. Over the years, Suraj became an essential part of our foundation growing with Mist, and helping Mist grow with him.
