Works update: New look prior to aluminium shutters being fitted, ESB Networks ducting installed for 3 phase electricity + new aluminium 'full swing' doors with matching windows arrived from Poland last week. We're also delighted to be working on a collab with another enterprising individual in Listowel bringing some great movies to town prior to opening Sluagh Hall Family Entertainment & Leisure Centre. If you want to know what it's like to run a single-screen cinema in the 80s then this dramedy will bring back many memories. is written and directed by Limerick native David Gleeson (cousin of Kieran) and tells the story of a not-so-typical Friday night. It was shot completely in (Royal Cinema) and is inspired by David's father who worked in the business for 78 years (a world record).

Who knew when we signed a contract with last week that would do us a favour and announce that will soon go into production with Cruise at the helm again. There will be no James Tolkan as Stinger this time who died last month aged 94. would also like to offer our sincere condolences to the family of Listowel stalwart Brenda Woulfe on her sad passing. Brenda loved movies and books and life. You will be missed Brenda. Rest easy 🙏

Applications now being accepted for TWO Front-of-House Supervisors for Sluagh Hall Family Entertainment & Leisure Centre which is due to open later this year.

Are you passionate, friendly, responsible and want to work in an exciting new team-led environment in the heart of Listowel?

Key Duties include:
■Welcoming patrons 👋
■Ensuring a clean & safe environment
■Supervising and supporting staff
■Cash handling & managing inventory
■Serving food & beverages 🍿 😋
■Opening & Closing
■Ensuring 5 🌟 Customer Satisfaction
