This year’s festival features free public screenings of over 30 films from 11 ASEAN member states, the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and beyond—bringing audiences vibrant cultural stories on the big screen!

【「香港電影動作特技演員培訓班2026」畢業典禮！🎬💪】

由文創處透過電影發展基金資助，香港動作特技演員公會舉辦嘅「香港電影動作特技演員培訓班2026」，20名參加者經過兩個半月嘅密集式訓練，包括動作反應、改裝槍械及爆破⚡、武術兵器⚔️、威也🤸、水底拍攝🥽、急救等，正式畢業喇！🎓🏆

文創產業助理專員╱香港電影發展局秘書長麥聖希應邀出席2026年8月16日舉行的畢業典禮。培訓班的導師及講師，以及「John Wick」系列電影導演Chad Stahelski（佢亦係《Matrix》奇洛李維斯嘅特技替身！🕶️）及動作導演 J.J. Perry亦有到場，見證畢業學員嘅重要時刻🌟！

香港動作特技演員公會會長錢嘉樂 .kalok 向一眾學員頒發畢業證書。同場放映學員接受培訓的記錄片和畢業作品，一眾學員喺畢業作品嘅連場激戰表現得非常專業👍。

【"Hong Kong Movie Stunt Training Workshop 2026" Celebrates Graduation! 🎬💪】

Sponsored by CCIDA through the Film Development Fund and hosted by the Hong Kong Stuntman Association, the “Hong Kong Movie Stunt Training Workshop 2026” has completed successfully! 🎓🏆 20 graduates experienced two and a half months of intensive training on action stunts and reaction 🤸, modified fi****ms and explosives effect ⚡, martial arts ⚔️, wiring 🤸, underwater shooting 🥽, first aid, etc.

The Assistant Commissioner for Cultural and Creative Industries / Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Film Development Council Gary Mak attended the graduation ceremony. The course instructors and tutors, as well as Chad Stahelski, the director of “John Wick” sequel, and his stunt crew, including J.J. Perry, also attended to jointly witness the great moments of the graduates!

Chin Ka-lok, the President of the Hong Kong Stuntman Association, presented graduation certificated to the graduates. The ceremony also featured a documentary on the training and the graduation film project.

計劃至今已成功幫助近 60 款港產遊戲，更有團隊創下營業額破千萬、下載量超百萬嘅佳績。希望更多香港原創可以發光發亮！

【Empowering Local Game Creators 🎮 Officially Launches!】

Sponsored by CCIDA and organized by , the "6th Hong Kong Game Enhancement and Promotion Scheme" officially launched today! This year, 5 local start-up game companies were selected, the scheme provides expert mentorship, practical workshops, and intern sponsorships to help these teams polish their games and reach global audiences!

GEPS has successfully supported nearly 60 local games to date, with top-performing teams surpassing HK$10 million in revenue and over 1 million downloads, empowering more original Hong Kong creations to shine on the world stage!

【東盟電影節2026矚目回歸🎬 逾30部精選作品免費放映 🍿】

由文創處合辦、香港-東盟協會@hkaseanfoundationlimited 主辦嘅 「東盟電影節 2026」將於 8月20日至9月27日 返嚟啦！今屆更特別帶出「電影與音樂」 嘅交織，同大家透過大銀幕感受跨文化魅力！

電影節將會精選逾30部優秀作品，除咗涵蓋全部 11 個東盟成員國（包括首度參展嘅東帝汶 🇹🇱），仲加入中國內地、香港同其他地區嘅精彩創作，為電影節注入更豐富多元嘅視野。

所有放映場次都係免費入場🎞️，部分場次更設有映後分享會，邀請到多位導演及製作團隊親身同觀眾交流𠻹🗪。門票名額有限，先到先得。

【AFF 2026 Returns to the Spotlight🎬 Screenings of over 30 Films Free to the Public🍿】

Co-presented by CCIDA and organised by the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation , the "ASEAN Film Festival 2026" is back from 20 August to 27 September! This year’s festival places a special focus on "Film and Music", taking audiences on a journey through cross-cultural charm on the big screen!

The festival will feature over 30 outstanding works, covering all 11 ASEAN member countries (welcoming Timor-Leste for the first time 🇹🇱), alongside compelling works from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and beyond to enrich the festival with broader, more diverse perspectives.

All film screenings are free to the public🎞️! There are also post-screening sharing sessions with directors and filmmakers from selected movies🗪. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
