We are shaking things up in the pantry next week!
We have a busy week of private parties so I am doing a freezer raid for Thursday collections!
Over the past few weeks I have made a few extra dishes which can all be seen and secured on our website.
Along side our frozen meals we are also offering fully loaded veg boxes!

Throwback snaps of welcome drinks & canapés from some of our Summer events so far!

We are gearing up for a busy few weeks of events but do not fear - we are still doing our weekly menu throughout July.

Next week’s menu is now live! Everything is made totally from scratch by hand in our little pink kitchen so the main dishes can all be frozen in anticipation for garden parties and night off cooking!

This afternoon our Christian Aid Ireland Home Grown Hope charity project was nominated for fundraising event of the year at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising awards which was very exciting!

On route to the titanic hotel for the awards I collected a record breaking number of glasses and fitted them all into my teny tiny mini for an event on Monday!
Back to the Pantry for evening collections, elderflower champagne explosions and catch ups finished off with a birthday supper for the boss. 🍰

Busy day and tired feet!

This week in the Pantry we have been busy hosting garden flower workshops and cooking your supper!

On Tuesday we welcomed a floristry group through the doors. Coffee and cake was a must then we managed to dodge the showers whilst wandering around the Walled Garden. Back to the Pantry we headed to do some hand died bouquets and ofcourse enjoyed a two course vibrant lunch after all the hard work.
I always love watching everyone get into their creative flow whilst they all create completely unique masterpieces!

The end of the week was made up of cooking for the weekly menu and taste testing this week’s chicken and greenhouse grown broccoli bake!

A weekend of soggy dog walks and private parties!
Eastcoastseafoods Marty Johnston scallops were back on the menu along with Ballytrim reared pork fillet and beetroot brownies with a side of Pantry made cardamom ice cream 😍

Next week’s menu is also live! We have our rather popular rhubarb and custard trifle back in the menu along with greenhouse grown broccoli and chicken bake!

To the Newlyweds 🥂

Last week we had the honour of hosting Jenny and Mark along with their nearest & dearest!

The sun came out to welcome them through the arch in the Austin 7 and the bubbles were popping all day long!
What a celebration we had! 😍
