That’s a wrap, London! Thank you for an unforgettable 15th anniversary! 🎬
For 15 years, our mission has been to bring the very best of Israeli storytelling, culture, and language to the UK big screen. But what truly makes this festival magic isn't just the films - it’s you.
Thank you to our incredible, passionate audiences who filled the theatres, gasped, laughed, and cried together. Thank you to the brilliant filmmakers and actors who joined us for unforgettable Q&As, sharing the heart and soul behind their work. And a massive thank you to our venues, sponsors, and dedicated team who made this milestone year possible.
Cinema has a unique power to bridge communities and foster deep connections, and seeing the London community show up in such a big way has been profoundly inspiring.
We are already counting down the days until next year. Until then, keep supporting great cinema, keep sharing stories, and thank you for being part of the SERET family. 🍿❤️

The lineup for tonight features three exceptional screenings at JW3 Cinema in London.

The evening begins at 3:00 PM with One of Us (directed by Uri Barbash), which follows a military police investigator tasked with probing a controversial shooting within an elite combat unit. The film masterfully uncovers a tense world of fierce internal loyalty, unspoken military codes, and the heavy moral dilemmas faced by young soldiers.

Later at 5:30 PM, Ducks, An Urban Legend (directed by Shahar Rozen) takes the screen. This compelling feature weaves together the chaotic, interwoven lives of several eccentric characters navigating the pressures of modern Tel Aviv. Through a balance of dark comedy and raw emotion, it exposes the underlying anxieties, heartbreaks, and unexpected moments of beauty that define city life.

The night concludes at 8:00 PM with Out At Six (directed by Livi Kessel), an intense drama focusing on a high stakes personal crisis that forces its characters to confront systemic societal pressures. Interwoven with her personal narrative is a timeline built from research into hundreds of cases where women were murdered by their partners, structured into eight stages that chart a chilling progression from romance to danger.

Limited tickets are remaining for all three screenings. You can book yours now at the official festival website www.seretfilmfestival.org.
