Forum Cinema - 'Lights, Curtains, Action' The Forum is Hexham's independent cinema. It opened in 1937 and its Art Deco lights are now over 80 years old! Please donate through our Crowdfunder below.

They require specialist care, and the curtains and other amenities need upgrading. Thank you!!

This year, our wonderful community came together and supported our crowd funding campaign for the Forum Cinema Hexham.

Thanks to the donations and kindness of so many people we were able to help the cinema to:

🎞️ replace the curtains

🎞️ repair magnificent art deco lights

🎞️ significantly improve the ladies toilets

The cinema is now looking fabulous!

To celebrate we welcomed cinema members and crowd funders to a festive screening of Trains, Planes & Automobiles.

A huge thank you to the team at The Forum Cinema Hexham and to all of the community who donated to this wonderful cause.

We couldn’t have done any of this without you and look forward to celebrating film & the Forum for many years to come.
