In return, all that the child wanted was that they pass on the good deed to three other people and keep the cyc

le going. One good deed might not seem like much, but if everyone did something good for someone else, then the cycle of generosity and kindness can spark us to become better people. Pay it Forward bracelets are a great reminder of the power of paying random acts of kindness forward. You can use the bracelets in one of two ways:
1. As a reminder of the power of giving that you wear daily
2. You can wear the wrist band and then hand it to someone else, together with a good deed, so they might be reminded of paying it forward. And remember, what goes around, comes around. People who pay it forward are the recipient of more abundance and joy in their lives, directly and indirectly. We all want the same thing - a betterr world. Contacts:

Big thanks to all of the lovely people who came to our Yoga and Cake Festival today, our stall holders, people who donated money & cake and our beneficiary this year - Edinburgh R**e Crisis Centre. Special thanks to the dream team who made this possible: Sanne, Beverley, Sarah, Nina, Mati, Ivana, Kat, Lee! We will remember this day for a long time, it was a day filled with love, kindness, smiles, good vibes! Keep paying it forward, namaste! 🙏😍💗

Yoga and Cake festival is happening in just a few hours!!! We are so excited to see you all there! We've been running around town the whole day to collect all the amazing cakes that local businesses are so generously donating. This lady, right here, makes THE BEST gluten free brownies in Edinburgh!
Thank you so much, Grace & Co for your donation! Guys, if you need some yummy cakes for Christmas, check her newly opened "101 Bakery" (101 Newington Road) and you'll understand why we love her so much!

Ho ho ho, our Yoga and Cake Festival is happening in FIVE DAYS!! 🤩😍😄
We have quite a few more surprises for you in our stall room on Saturday! You know her as our Pay It Forward team member, yoga teacher, singer - but she also paints in her spare time!

✨Karma Art by our very own Kat Aydin! ✨

Kat started painting as a child, influenced by her mum who is an artist, writer & teacher. She was taught by some amazing art teachers in high school and her favourite painter is Salvador Dalí. Life had other plans so she spent most of her time teaching dance and singing in her band but every now and then she likes to get creative and messy with acrylics. You'll be able to see her art on Saturday and maybe buy a painting for yourself or your loved ones, 20% of the sales go to Edinburgh R**e Crisis Centre. 🖌️🎨👩‍🎨🎨🖌️👩‍🎨🎨🖌️👩‍🎨🖌️🎨

We have so many aaaaamazing stall holders this year at our Yoga and Cake Festival!! One of them is Clare Martin, Yoga teacher, singer, and a very creative custom-mala-maker! 😀 ❤

📿Mala's by Clare 📿

Mala beads are traditionally a string of 108 beads plus a guru bead used for meditation practices and a tool for counting mantras. Smaller Mala bead bracelets can be used for shorter meditation practices.

Wearing a Mala around your neck or wrist is a beautiful symbol or reminder of mindfulness and positive intentions that can travel with you throughout your day.

Clare fell in love with designing and creating Mala necklaces and bracelets. Each Mala is hand made and unique, using the highest quality crystals, sandalwood and rudraksha beads. A Mala is beautiful gift to yourself or loved one. If you are attracted to particular crystals or colours, or have a clear intention in mind, Clare can design and create a unique and special Mala just for you! We are so thrilled to announce that Beetroot Sauvage is joining us on 1st Dec!! They will be offering their healthy, delicious food & nibbles for our yogis & yoginis!

This exceptional plant-based cafe serves a daily menu of breakfasts and lunches that are equal parts healthy and indulgent. So at our Yoga and cake festival there will be plenty of savoury food too, from fresh salads to smoothies that put a smile on your face and nourishment in your body. Beetroot Sauvage has a spacious Wellness Centre as well, offering a variety of yoga classes and therapies. We highly recommend a visit to this magical place!
