A designation describing artisanally woven fabric originating from the Outer Hebrides, a chain of islands off the west coast of Scotland, Harris Tweed® was unsurprisingly at the heart of a number of key looks that kicked off Monday evening’s 2025 show at Drummond Castle. Possessing a distinctive textured handle, selected it for wrap-effect dresses and kilt-accented tailoring as well as abbreviated architectural and sporty outfits.

I can’t think of a nicer way to spend Mother’s Day (or any day for that matter!), then to have your Mum and sister join you for a group bridal trial followed by dinner in Edinburgh! That’s exactly what soon to be bride Emma did.

The ladies came to see me at my new studio, and requested a dewy glow for their skin, but each had varying requests of intensity for their over all looks.
I work in collaboration with all of my clients to ensure that every person sat in my chair is 100% comfortable and happy with the final results of their look. There are no surprise reveals at the end, but instead, constant confirmation throughout.

It’s a work in progress at the minute, but by summer I hope to be offering not just makeup lessons and applications, but also workshops showcasing makeup tips and tricks but also partnering with other businesses to share their expertise of their fields.

The diary for makeup lessons & applications is now OPEN!

Thank you to those of you who have been getting in touch about makeup lessons and applications!
I can now confirm that my diary is now open with availability over the next 3 weeks for appointments at my Dunfermline studio.
Sunday - Thursday dates are open beyond that, but Fridays and Saturdays will be week by week after 16th of March.

Makeup lessons can be fully catered to what you are wanting to learn, otherwise they will include the following:

2 hour, private one on one makeup lesson:
- Assessment of your current makeup products, brushes and regime
- Discuss skin care regime
- Recommendations of new/additional products
- Hands on application lesson: I will do one side of your face and you do the other in order to learn how to best use various brushes and application techniques
- A face chart showing the products used and recommendations
