We think it's time you should consider Marathon embroidery top thread if you haven't already, whether you use viscose rayon or polyester. Do you look at the high cost of your current thread and think you should consider some cost savings? Have you have experienced some difficulties and delays in thread supply or maybe inconsistencies in colour or colour bleeding on garments? 3D Foam allows you to create three dimensional design and text in your embroidery. Marathon's 3D Foam Pack gives you 6 x 25cm square in black and white of 3mm foam.
In your Artspira or alternative software you will find pre digitized designs and fonts labelled 3D. This is because the design requires specific digitizing to allow your machine to embroider over the raised surface.
Alternatively you can use the foam underneath the fabric with a running stitch to create an embossed effect.
