The hall offers a regular program featuring independent and art-house films from around the world, creating an alternative, open space for cinema enthusiasts and filmmakers, and encouraging engagement with diverse and unconventional cinematic experiences. In addition, the center includes a dedicated training and lecture cinematic hall, also used for cinema heritage exhibitions, a cinematic archive section, a specialized cinema library, and a research unit on cinema studies.
