Liebe Gäste* und Unterstützer* des FOKUS Kurzfilmfestival,
schweren Herzens müssen wir heute diesen (vorerst) letzten Post auf Instagram setzen. Nach langen Überlegungen und Gesprächen mit Partnern* und Sponsoren* mussten wir die Entscheidung treffen, dass das FOKUS Kurzfilmfestival in 2025 nicht stattfinden kann.
Das letztjährige Feedback von Euch war überwältigend!

„Bitte im nächsten Jahr wieder - wir kaufen gerne sofort wieder Karten“

Und dafür möchten wir EUCH, unseren Gästen*, herzlichst danken. Nur durch euch konnte das Kurzfilmfestival mit so viel Leben gefüllt werden. ❤️🥰

Dear guests* and supporters* of the FOKUS Short Film Festival,
It is with a heavy heart that we have to put this (for now) last post on Instagram today. After long deliberations and discussions with partners* and sponsors*, we had to make the decision that the FOKUS Short Film Festival cannot take place in 2025.
Last year’s feedback from you was overwhelming!
“An enrichment of the cultural landscape in the area”
“Please come back next year - we’ll be happy to buy tickets again immediately”
“What a short film evening - great films, interesting discussions and super guests”
And for that we would like to thank YOU, our guests*, most sincerely. It was only thanks to you that the short film festival could be filled with so much life. ❤️🥰
“This could be the end of an era”...but who knows what time will bring.
