For us this year we took the leap of faith in rebranding and going with a new direction in gifting. To be honest it was scary, had so many thoughts and doubts as to whether you all would like our new branding or the new direction in which we chose to go. But growing and learning is an important process for every business big or small.And I’m so happy we made the changes we did!! Our heart has always been in keeping authentic, creative and small so that we can always offer that high level of good customer experience with attention to detail, making each gifting experience a simple and easy process as possible. If you are doubting🤔 Just read the reviews! I don’t normally share these types of stories but I think it’s an important one to share☝🏽Recently, I had placed an order for what I thought was going to be the most beautiful and special gift for a friend. I had come across their insta worthy page and thought wow! What a beautiful idea to gift somebody. So I inquired about placing an order. All sounded good and professional and went smoothly until it came time to pick up my order! Little did I know that I would be lead on to believe I was getting my order of which I was left to wait 45min for but never received. I left after 45 min of messaging and trying to get a hold of the business to find out where my order. I received a phone call from who appeared to be the business owner to let me know she came out with my order but I had left and if I wanted to turn around to come back for it ?!😳 When I said No I’d like a refund actually. I was told I was being unreasonable and that if I wanted my order I could come pick it up😳I said it was very unprofessional the manner in which I was being treated and that If I wasn’t getting a refund I wanted nothing to do with that business. Moral of the story…. CHECK REVIEWS !!!! Biggest regret was not checking the reviews which there was none😳 Reviews and Testimonials speak volumes about a business🧡 ❤️
