We missed having Kim with us today, but we were so grateful she sent us a yoga video to enjoy together! We had a wonderful time following along, flowing through the movements, and bringing a little extra joy and calmness to our day. 🥰

We hope Kim is feeling better soon and look forward to seeing her at the end of the month! Sending lots of love and healing wishes her way. 💕🙏
