OUAGA STORIES - Un nouveau chapitre commence.
Après une période d’arrêt et de réflexion stratégique, Ouaga Film Lab se réinvente. De cette pause est née une refonte du projet, pensée pour répondre plus justement aux besoins actuels des auteur·rice·s et producteur·rice·s africain·e·s, dans un contexte en constante évolution.
Nous lançons Ouaga Stories : une plateforme restructurée autour de trois pans complémentaires :
🔹 Ouaga Stories Lab, espace de développement intensif, de mentorat et de rencontres professionnelles ;
🔹 Ouaga Stories Residency, résidence immersive de 8 semaines à Ouagadougou dédiée à l’approfondissement de l’écriture, de la narration et des stratégies de production ;
🔹Ouaga Stories Producer, programme de formation visant à renforcer durablement les compétences d’une nouvelle génération de producteur·rice·s africain·e·s.
Une nouvelle dynamique.
Un cadre renforcé.
Une vision clarifiée.
Ouaga Stories s’ancre à Ouagadougou tout en affirmant sa connexion aux réseaux panaficains internationaux.

OUAGA STORIES - A new chapter begins.
After a period of hiatus and strategic reflection, Ouaga Film Lab is reinventing itself. This pause has led to a redesign of the project, intended to better meet the current needs of African writers and producers in a constantly evolving context.
We are launching Ouaga Stories: a platform restructured around three complementary areas:
🔹 Ouaga Stories Lab, a space for intensive development, mentoring and professional networking;
🔹 Ouaga Stories Producer, a training programme aimed at sustainably strengthening the skills of a new generation of African producers.
🔹 Ouaga Stories Residency, an eight-week immersive residency in Ouagadougou dedicated to deepening writing, storytelling and production strategies
