It's a fair question to ask when navigating a custom space scent, and one we hear often.

A well-scented space should never feel heavy or artificial.

The aim is a fragrance that welcomes people as they walk in and then becomes part of the atmosphere.
Getting that balance right starts with the space itself.

We look at room size, ceiling height, airflow and how many people move through each day, because all of these affect how a fragrance travels. A small treatment room and a busy hotel lobby need very different approaches.

Our commercial diffusers are fully programmable, so the output can be adjusted until it feels right.

For studios, spas and treatment rooms, we usually start with soft, gentle notes.
